When you or your organization set up an account, we are able to provide more loans to meditators, their families, business, and nonprofit organizations.

Accounts are open to all members of the Shambhala Buddhist Community and Ashoka Credit Union's affiliate nonprofit organizations. Ashoka Credit Union Members share a commitment to community development and wealth-building for contemplative people.

Each separately-named deposit is insured to $250,000 (and higher for IRA accounts) by NCUA, Federal Deposit Insurance Agency.
